Lilium is a worldbuilding & writing project created by Lunakibby to feel like a carefully intricated blend of early modern & medieval fantasy. However it does not list itself as purely a high fantasy or a dark fantasy, but rather something that takes from all styles to make a truly vibrant living world.

Lilium is a story about living in a world where war may only be a step away, where nobles & landowners find ways to exploit those looking for some pay, and how divines battle in the heavens & across illica for domination over the pantheon. Complex cultural, economic, political & religious systems all get time to shine & rot, as power struggles are common, and class strife moreso.

This world is on the verge of an evolution that may not require the divinity near more, and those divines aren't too keen on handing over the power bestowed to them through bellana & prominence. New ideas are formed on the daily as the world marches ever closer to a continent wide technological revolution.

Froststar is a worldbuilding & writing project created by Lunakibby as a way to explore topics that would otherwise be avoided by a desire to chase "easy storytelling". It's world is dark, shows the weaknesses of mankind, and it's eternal devolvement against it's own interests. But it also takes it's time to develop a rich & meaningful world where the right people in the wrong place can upend the most impossible seeming of tasks. It's a world crafted with a loving mix of post-apocalypse, hard sci-fi, and dives deep into the human psyche all at the same time as telling a thrilling and engaging story to it's readers.

Froststar is separated into 3 epochs

Collapse Epoch is the time soon after the last war, following a dangerous collapse in the planet's weakened ecosystem, and a release of an experimental mutagen. It follows isolated groups around the globe as they attempt to find solace in their broken world, and build a society that remembers the mistakes of the old world. It is survival, only the most adaptable can survive the raids, the beasts, and the political atrophy.

Combine Epoch is the time when humans, as damaged by the collapse as they are, finally make their way back out into the open voids of space. Dealing with the same political & economic crises of the old world, just as a unified planet instead of warring states. Their failure to learn the old world's lessons will be their deceit from their own. And they will once more be brought to the heels of a dangerous war because of their complacency. Only those with strategic skill & willpower, as well as the will of the people will see a shift to new ideas.

Commune Epoch is the finality, when humans still carry the scars of centuries past, and it's lessons laid bare for all to understand. The will of many doing the arduous work to prevent their mistakes repeating prevented new eras of collapse, and catapulted the humans beyond their local star cluster, and on towards the rest of the galactic community. Their lessons prepare them for the decisions they would now need to make to stay around long enough to cement their position.
